I gave this toaster to my daughter for Christmas - she loves it, says that toast made on a pink toaster is much, much better that any other toast. She has offered to make me a slice of toast and send it over to me. She gave away her old toaster as soon as she opened this one.

I bought this toaster because I wanted a toaster that was attractive enough to leave on the counter. We use our toaster everyday and it was a hassle bringing it out everyday. I wanted to purchase a SMEG but the one I wanted was out of stock. I did a search for white toasters and the Haden came up. When I saw it I knew it was perfect. It is attractive enough to leave on the counter and it toasts great. I love the wide slots and most of all it was so much cheaper than the SMEG.

Absolutely love this thing, works extremely well and is super stylish. It was kind of expensive but I was impressed to see that after purchase they sent a follow-up email for customer support from their company in case of issues.

Love the look and craftsmanship. Would have given it a 5 but I toast frozen bagels, and on the highest setting I have to do them twice .

I really wanted a vintage toaster so I spend the extra $ to get this one. It does the job. It's a basic toaster. It doesn't toast evenly which doesn't bother me however, there is a weird chemical odor the first couple of times you use it. If it was cheaper it would be worth the money. It's really cute and looks exactly like the picture so that's a plus.

One would think if both pairs of slots were on the same setting, they would cook the same amount of time: not so. And it does take longer to toast than our old Kenmore. But, we have made adjustments. It toasts evenly. And I really do like the slot widths: adjustable grates to accommodate the size of product you put in it.
