I wouldn't recommend this company. The sim card and plan would allow me to keep my phone number and I am had to file a claim with pay pal in hopes of being refunded, even though I was told a week ago I be refunded. Hopefully this isn't a 40 lesson. I checked all this prior to ordering, the website is said I could bring my phone and phone number. I have ported my number several times, I'm not a newbie at this.
Easy to set up with the new phone. Logged in online and the website made it super simple to use and install on the phone. I also was able to set up auto payments so I don't have to worry about going to the store all the time to pick up another card. Def happy with my purchase and will prob get the rest of my children phones now that I know they work great and the phone plans are affordable.
easy and fast to reload phone for the month. The cost is a bit high for what it is, but that's how it goes for pay-as-you-go plans.
I'm satisfied with my purchase 100%, getting it to me was a bit slow. I'm happy with my service but a bit unhappy with my local contact store that ripped me off. Thanks to Total for getting me hooked up!! I'll be looking for my $80. Bucks I got ripped off. But that's a different story. Love my service!!! Bottom line!
Great service, great price, and ease of purchase makes this plan everything that a customer could need in cellular phone service. I think that the customer service is not as customer centered as I think they could be, but I would still give the customer service a solid 3/5.
I paid for a direct top up didn't receive the service in which I paid for.
i paid for my top up and it never come through.....even though my phone number was verified through the website to be electronically done. so now im stuck waiting 10 days on a refund
bought the card the funds never showed up on my account . i live on fix income with cancer and now out the money which now i will lose my service in 2 days . I need a working phone im deing and now this. can't ask for return because its not allow.
After verifying my phone would work on this network as a backup if I didn't like the new one I purchased, I got the phone and plan. Decided to return the phone but could not use my old phone on this network even after verifying it should work online. Decided to go with a different carrier.
No help product not back that all good luck ever getting a refund or an exchange and when you have problems and they are not helpful at all if you haven't already bought a phone through them please don't save yourself I went to visible for $40 you get unlimited everything including data
