Much better plan option than the 5GB plan for the price. This line is for my daughter, and I use a parental app on her phone. I no longer have to worry about her running out of data when she's away from home causing her location services not to work. I now have greater peace of mind.

I wouldn't recommend this company. The sim card and plan would allow me to keep my phone number and I am had to file a claim with pay pal in hopes of being refunded, even though I was told a week ago I be refunded. Hopefully this isn't a 40 lesson. I checked all this prior to ordering, the website is said I could bring my phone and phone number. I have ported my number several times, I'm not a newbie at this.

Great service, great price, and ease of purchase makes this plan everything that a customer could need in cellular phone service. I think that the customer service is not as customer centered as I think they could be, but I would still give the customer service a solid 3/5.

I thought I would still be able to use Pandora on the slow data after my 5 gigs wore out. (Like I did w my old service.) This isn't worth the $. I thought I was saving $10. Unfortunately, every carrier has to charge at least $45. Can't get away from corporate greed.

I paid for a direct top up didn't receive the service in which I paid for.

i paid for my top up and it never come through.....even though my phone number was verified through the website to be electronically done. so now im stuck waiting 10 days on a refund

Transferred to them phone never worked the sims card would never fully connect fought with them for 5 days for them to tell me they don't know what's wrong and they wouldn't even give me MY NUMBER back that was mine when I transferred to them with like really. Never have I ever hated a company so bad in my life until now.

No help product not back that all good luck ever getting a refund or an exchange and when you have problems and they are not helpful at all if you haven't already bought a phone through them please don't save yourself I went to visible for $40 you get unlimited everything including data

After verifying my phone would work on this network as a backup if I didn't like the new one I purchased, I got the phone and plan. Decided to return the phone but could not use my old phone on this network even after verifying it should work online. Decided to go with a different carrier.
