this works very well I turned off my Internet saves quite a bit of money %26 this I recommend definitely it works great I very rarely lose signal actually I can't think of a time

Have purchased 2 along with the Allstate 3 years warranty. The first one lasted 7 months under hard use. Got a refund on the first one with no problems.

Just started using this hot spot with straight talk. Just one use so far and it worked fine. My use is for streaming and it did fine.

Does not have a very long battery life. I'm having to charge it every couple of hours. Probably need to just keep it on charger unless I'm away from home

As far as i can tell, it's not the device's fault as much as its care provider's. the mobile wifi device is exactly as it seems. but after purchasing my first plan, $50, the internet is out the following day later Workedgreat. so I call to see/ refill my service or up it even for better coverage... the man I spoke to the first day never finished setting my account up, so there's nothing linking me to my device 🙃 and no one there knows how to solve the problem. She says we can try to push the service payment through saying it may work with a higher amount added. I say no we can try a 50$ if you think so... long story short, I lost 50$ , I have a hotspot I cannot use. %23overit

I purchased 2 of the Total Wireless Mobile Wi-Fi Hotspots by Moxee from Walmart.com - BIG MISTAKE THAT I WILL NEVER REPEAT AGAIN!! I'm not sure if it was Total Wireless or KonnectONE that was the problem. I can't say it's Moxee because I had to purchase a refurbished one from Straight Talk which works as well as the first one I purchased from Straight Talk in the Wal-Mart store, but it was lost which was why I had to buy a replacement. After checking back at the store several times, it was not restocked which is why I went online to WalMart.com to purchase replacements. I searched for Straight Talk on Wal-Mart.com but nothing cam up. When I searched for the Moxee brand it did not have any from Straight Talk, only Total Wireless. But since the original one I had from Straight Talk was the same Moxee brand and model, I didn't hesitate believing it would work the same. NOT EVEN CLOSE!! The Total Wireless Mobile Wi-Fi Hotspot does not read the sim card - AT ALL!! I tried to get both to work until I was frustrated and it still said, "SIM UNKNOWN" on one and "NO SIM CARD" on the other when both sim cards are in the units - it's like it's not reading the sim card! So my husband tried squeezing it in the area where the sim card would be and then the notice disappears and it appears to work. But who on earth would want a mobile Wi-Fi that you have to hold together to get it to work?!?! So, after a while, my husband put a clamp on each unit and with the clamp, the messages about sim unknown and no sim card disappears from both units then they seem to work, but it's bulky because of the clamp! As far as we're concerned, the ease of installation is definitely not there nor is the connection since neither unit will read the sim card without squeezing it with the unit completely closed where the sim card is. BOTH UNITS ARE AN EPIC FAIL! Since I had to sign up with Total Wireless which is $10 more than Straight Talk (and I will be cancelling the service for), I'd rather just get another refurbished unit from Straight Talk instead. If Total Wireless or KonnectOne sees this review, in good faith you should refund my purchase amount. If I get a refund and a pre-paid envelope is sent, I will send you back these 2 very disappointing and useless mobile wifi units! VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE PRODUCT RECEIVED AND WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM TOTAL WIRELESS OR KONNECTONE EVER AGAIN or any electronics off of WalMart.com!! I can't say it's Moxee because the refurbished Moxee mobile hotspot I just purchased from Straight Talk works just fine!!

would not work with our phone. spent 2 hours with person trying to make it work and it would not connect. returned to store today but they would not credit the money spent for 2 year warranty

It was faulty and customer service was a nightmare

internet only works half the time and when it does ( which is rare) its extremely slow speed and the wifi strength is very poor
