Easy to install, easy to use
It was easy to install the sim into my phone and activate it via the Total Wireless website. I just had to open the sim port, put the sim card in, and put it back into the phone. After completing the few steps and activating my phone plan, it was good to go, no issues at all. The only reason I took off a star was because I went to the store to purchase one, where it said it was available, only for the employee to tell me there were none available. I then purchased this online for pickup at a different store, only to receive an email a few hours later telling me that the sim kit was not available at that store either. However, it was offered by Walmart.com to ship the sim kit to me, free of charge, due to that inconvenience which I really do appreciate.

Charge for the purchasing token without KIT
The Card that you take to the counter to pickup the actual SIM has noo UPC on it but you charged me and delivered NOTHING. What an IDIOT did this shopping?
