This is such a bargain. I know many people get nervous about rebuilt phones but mine came in excellent condition- same as if u bought it new! But it was 1/8th the price of the new model. Their rebuilt standards are great and it is very worth it to get a refurbished phone- especially a galaxy phone.
bought this because i was having battery issues with my lg treasure. very quick delivery. so far the battery life is great. transferred my data easily but had a small problem with activation. easily corrected with online help. very pleased with screen brightness
It is very easy to use. The screen is a nice size. I love the features.
Excellent phone for me. I do not live on my phone but in my business it is perfect. Does all i need and can do a lot more. This makes my fourth Samsung phone and the third that has been refurbished, not one problem.
Purchased phone as birthday gift for my daughter. She was very pleased with the size of the phone, easy to carry in pocket. The memory space was something else she really liked.
I disliked how I had to make a trip to the store to get the phone scanned or it wouldn't activate. Other than that, it's a nice phone. Nice size, view, takes nice pictures.
My phone wouldn't work with my continuous glucose monitor, cgm, so I bought this one. The touchscreen doesn't allow me to hold the phone by the sides without sending somewhere else. It's also a pain to use. I decided to only use this phone as a receiver for my dexcom G6 cgm and just carry both. It's small and slim so it's not a real inconvenience. I hope this helps someone out there because $70 was a lot cheaper than the $300-400 for a receiver.
I'm very disappointed in this phone. Brand new with no apps loaded it was slow. Only got slower when I downloaded my usual apps. This would be fine for someone who doesn't use the phone alot, older people, etc. I don't even use my phone too much yet it's frustrating when everything is delayed. I had a Moto G7 before this and it was 10x better. For the $30 more, I should have gotten that one again. My broken screen 1.5yr old Moto works better.
Coverage: no cell signal can be obtained in the office building in Houston Further: the wi-fi calling feature that supposed to come with the phone is not working either Overall: a useless brick so far *Happy to revise the review if customer service can fix the issues
Packaging was damaged/ dirty and the phone can not be activated because it was never scanned after being purchased so it's basically locked
