Short changed by Packaging Errors.
Two locks were ordered. The problem with one of the products is that NO KEYS were included with the product. The product package was a return or damaged when sent. Twist ties were not intact, not like factory, etc. Delivery was swift, yet only 50% usable products. I now Will need to deal with the return exchange hassle's at the local Store.

It didn't fit our car trailer, so I had to return. overall, it was a very nice, heaby duty lock, just didn't work for us.

It is okay I guess. If someone wants something they'll figure out a way. If you hit it with a hammer though, it'll come off.

Almost impossible to unlock and remove to remov
It is really sticky and almost impossible to unlock with the key and remove. I am really disappointed with this product.

I am glad y'all contacted me I have purchased this trailer lock. I've unlocked it twice from my trailer and now I tried to put it back on my trailer. I can't get the key to work. It will not unlock it so it is useless to me. I had to go purchase another one. I wanted to return this one, but I cannot find the receipt for it but y'all sent me this email on it asking for a review so here is a picture of it so maybe y'all can refund my money to me.

You could easily knock it off the hitch even when it was tightly locked. I had a 2 5/16 ball. Looked substantial.
