I have been using Trace Magnesium in ionic form for over four years in my morning beverages. It has given me such constant digestion regularity. It also helps with my osteopenia. I wouldn't stop taking it for anything except possibly a medical procedure if necessary.

This is a good quality magnesium supplement that does it's job wonderfully. It has helped me with many of my symptoms caused by having a deficiency in magnesium. I add it to a drink which helps with the unpleasant taste. This is the first liquid magnesium I have tried and I think I like it much better than capsule or tablet form since it's more potent. I will definitely be buying this brand and formula from now on.

Im sure its a good product But i rather have the spray magnesium I experienced no side effects. But this product seems to leave me with a headache. With the spray i slept through the night. I wouldnt recommend because of the taste.

It taste so bad it will almost make you gag. It taste so bitter its more than I can stand. If I could return this; I would.

This tastes horrible. I can't even consume it because it's so disgusting, so for that reason it was a complete waste of money. It's incredibly strong in taste. I don't know what you could possibly put this into without noticing the taste and ruining whatever drink you decide to use with it. Just no. Ew.
