perfect size for my 6'3 hand.easy to hold

Had almost a week. Can't get it activated. I've chatted, I've called. next step go to Walmart and return.

I bought the phone online. it wasn't unlocked like it would have been if I had bought it at the store and scanned it. I couldn't get the phone to activate. I am taking it back to the store. Tracphone customer service was no help in trying to fix the issue.

I first bought this phone to use for a week while I waited for a Samsung I had ordered. I was able to set it up with zero issues in about 20 minutes with my favorite apps and wallpapers added and the problem apps removed. After years of fighting new phones for set up, price and quality I cancelled my order and kept my BLU. It was a good phone at a great price! only lasted about 5 months before it just malfunctioned but I bought a new one because it was affordable and in stock. But the second one lasted 3 weeks. third one 4 days and last one 2-1/2 days before being unable to access apps, send messages, type and take pics. The phones worked normally and then in less than 20 minutes they would be completely unable to use. It's impossible to understand why.

phone was not scanned properly so unable to set up. had it delivered with Walmart plus. so need to try again once the receipt is found or try to get back in the store. it was a gift and its difficult for me to get out. disability and lack of transportation.

Utter garbage. I had the phone for two weeks, and the screen is dimming and flickering and is extremely hot. This phone was NOT dropped or misused in any way. I had to return the first phone because it couldn't be activated. Do yourself a favor, and don't bother.

Do NOT buy this phone through grocery pickup or online order. they shouldnt even give the option, it needs to be activated at a register. i thought i could just but it and activate it at home but NO. and it was a pain to get a refund too. luckily some awesome associates figured out the issue and were able to give a refund.

Worst phone ever! Called to activate and said it was "invalid "on line so i called %26 they said it was as "restricted" to take it back to get it scanned again. Took it back %26 they said they couldn't and i should return it. After 45 minutes they generated a bar code to scan for the return. Still no refund.

This phone was not activated before it was mailed to me, therefore I cannot use it. I was told to bring the phone in to a Walmart, for it to be scanned, and bring my receipt. however, I don't have a receipt, because i ordered the phone online. It is not feasible for me to return it, because i would have to pay a taxi to mail the phone. Therefore, the phone is useless, and I wasted my money.

Well, I forgot my information to get into, So I called tracfone for help. It wasn't letting me do the factory reset at home, so they told me to send it in and they would replace it. I called a month later wondering what was taking so long comma and the I couldn't remember the pink out. That was the whole problem in the first place. So, yeah, I'm done with tracfone... I DO NOT recommend them to anybody ever.
