These are the very best overnight diapers I've tried. Previously used two overnights and still had leakage. One of these is all that's needed and no leaks! Highly recommend.

These are very comfortable plastic diapers, one of my new favorite, they are discreet and don't make a lot of noise and can be discreetly worn! I recommend these 100%, they contain overnight and side sleeping very well. Extremely soft. Softer than abena m4!

Our favorite for years.
These have been our choice for 6 years or more, for my special needs granddaughter. No other disposable brief has done the job like these and we have tried a number of brands. The others have not fit as well. I like the closure wings best on these as well.

better choices to consider
The four tabs to tighten the sides up with would stick and would tear the white fabric and would not allow you to tighten further . I would not buy NOT buy this brand again. There is a better brand which can be purchase from another source.

THESE ARE DIAPERS NOT BRIEFS
These are NOT briefs. They are diapers. I have no idea how someone who is disabled as I am can put diapers on themselves. The description MUST be changed to avoid this problem.
