For me, after 3 weeks of use, it seems to reduce my hot flashes and even the frequency of my night sweats. They aren't gone but they last for a shorter time with less sweat. So slightly better nights sleep! Now hoping this effect will last and maybe gets even better over time. The pill size is a bit large, I take one in the morning and one in the evening. High quality ingredients. UPDATE;after finishing the first bottle I started a new bottle, unfortunately at the moment my night sweats are worse and I hardly sleep. I will finish the bottle, maybe my body got used to it.
