Exactly as described and arrived early. It was heavy to bring in when it was in the box but once it was assembled (which is really just putting the top bar on) it's very easy to move around the room. Even my small dog hoped on and walked. Highly recommend as an upgrade to a walking pad.

I find this treadmill to be a great value for the price.it was super easy to assemble and great for my workout.I like the little shelf in front for my iPad or for reading a book while running.

This is a really good treadmill for the price. It came packaged well and set up was minimal. My issue is it's advertised as “incline” this model does NOT incline. Kinda mad at being mislead but it does what's needed. It also operates by the remote as well and that's where the stats are. If you don't need deets you don't have to use it. So BEWARE.. THIS DOES NOT INCLINE. I repeat IT DOES NOT INCLINE despite the ad saying it does.

The treadmill came missing parts. b it had acid marks and other marks that made me think the treadmill had been previously returned or refurbished. The manufacturer did finally say they were giving me a full refund, but I have not gotten it as of today.

First one didn't work at all and the replacement lasted only a couple of months. It took two months to receive replacement and only after I started reimbursement process. Contacted Deerrun support about replacement not working and knocking-sent video requested and they informed me the warranty expired. Waste of time and money.

Product recieved broken after several call and e mail to company I got nowhere. Everytime I called they wanted avideo or picture of the product. Finally recieved an error code Motor not connected again called person wanted a picture of the code which I sent and never recieved an answer. I asked to speak with someone and was told everyone was in thd field. I am stuck with a broken treadmill which they refuse to take back because according to them they cannot resell a broken treadmill. Avoid DEERRUN products at all costs

I've only had this treadmill for a couple of months, and after using it daily for 30 minutes to an hour the motor gave out. Before it stopped working altogether, the tread needed constant realignment after every use, and it would put out a burnt plastic smell after limited use. Most likely due to the quality of both the belt and the motor as they would both get hot to the touch even when aligned.

Unfortunately, there were issues getting the deer run treadmill started the CUSTOMER SERVICE for that company very knowledgeable of their products. Walmart did step in to assist and a replacement is on its way. Not happy with the CUSTOMER SERVICE if I would've known that, this was a third-party I would never have purchased this particular treadmill.

broken wheel when arrived. walmart not allstate ins won't help. can't really comment on how it works since it is just sitting here. very dissatisfied
