It does work for essential tremors. It relieves the occasional movement in my head. I have no other tremors except for head tremors. Two pills of this supplement is all you need.

Don't waste your $$.
Totally a waste of money for me. No effect what so ever. Took two as directed for four days - no effect. Took four a day since - still no effect. Glad I purchased only one bottle.. I will not purchase any more.
It didn't help my tremors at all. Maybe my essential tremor is too serious to help.
