for the price it a good deal but i think they dule a little faster tham i expected. But overall good vaule. And as long as you keep them sharp it will cut through wood like hot knife throught butter

I had a much longer more detailed review typed out, but when I switched over to the camera on my phone, all of that went a way. To sum things up from my perspective: I've owned this set for years now. This is my second set to have as a backup or to put at another location, seeing how I have several houses I keep watch over. This one looks identical to the set I bought before, so a lot of my judgement comes from my experience with the first set. The files are of great quality, I haven't broken one yet. The handle is good as well. I live in a humid area, so I keep a little tape around my handle so it doesn't slip. What I really liked about these sets is that they have instructions on the back on how to properly sharpen a saw's chain. In my brother's words, "There's an art to sharpening chains", and I still haven't mastered mine, but it helps to get my saw last a little longer than had I not sharpened prior to using. I'd definitely recommend this if you have the patience and know-how, and want to start sharpening your own chains.

The kit looks good and has everything needed for sharpening chainsaw. Would like to try few more time to sharpen my saw and comeback later to update review. So far, this does the job as intended.
