Are these the best I have ever used, no, but the are a great value and they have done well at cutting. I am buying more while sharpening these. For the price highly recommended.
I had no complaints. I actually had to cancel this. I tried to cancel shortly after I did the online purchase, but I couldn't cancel. It was the wrong size chain. I accidentally purchased an 18 inch chain and I needed a 16 inch chain. But I was able to do a return at the store without too much difficulty.
These chains were abused and still held up with everything we threw at it. Definitely worth the purchase.
"Excellent pricing on this consumable item - at just under $6 per chain it's cheaper to buy new than pay for resharpening, and the multi-pack at this price is exceptional. While the general quality of the chains is good, I have to tighten a new chain a bit more than I like initially to keep it securely mounted when cutting stringy wood that was previously split. I am using these 18-inch chains on the Kobalt 80V electric saw, but they're also a common size chain for many other 18"" saws."
Dulls very quickly. Only sharp for a few cuts. Sharpening the teeth one time will start rapid rust deterioration. The metal material is not good. These cut great in the beginning usage in a few cuts. Throw-away blades!
it might be a good chainsaw chain. but as it turns out for hurricane Milton clean up I purchased my chainsaw from Walmart that was defective and had a stuck bar tightener on it and it started popping chains. so when I tried to get assistance from Walmart they listed it as an electronic and refuse to assist with it whatsoever. told me to use the manufacturer's warranty. so whether this chain is good or not I don't know I never got to use it. as soon as I take the chainsaw to get it repaired I might find out if I like the chain or not. I know my friend yelled at me for not using Lowe's or home Depot. lesson learned.
Maybe these are being sold so cheap as a 2 pack because they manufactured them to not fit any saw…We have an 18”Echo CS 400 %26 it would not fit. I asked two other guys if they would like them as a gift so I would not have to return them %26 they both asked what brand they were %26 replied, no thanks; those do not fit. I went to the local small engine repair shop to get another replacement chain %26 the man started laughing and said we were the 3rd people that week that brought this brand in %26 offered to give it/leave it with the shop because it doesn't fit the 16” or the 18” blades. What a bunch of time wasted when u need to execute a project deadline!
I only got to use it for ten minutes the plugs i ordered from Walmart never showed up i wish this company went bankrupt the country would be Much better for it
We thought we could utilize these to cut some underbrush and not mess up one of our better chains, however we used these to cut for 5 min and the chain was as dull as can be (didn't hit rocks, ground, etc.). Disappointed in these.
I placed online order with Walmart for $80. I never received my item and they do not want to solve the problem on one pretext or the other.
