Pricey but good
My nephew recommended this brand his Vitamin D level went from 19 to 50. I was at 20 only increased to 23 using a popular supplement for yrs. I started using this brand last week and have noticed less pain in my knees from stage 2 arthritis. The k2 helps deliver it to my bones which is what i was lacking by taking just the D3. I will continue to use this brand.
