Light weight and powerful
I have been using a cordless chain saw which is ok for small jobs. I bought this one because I recently lost several trees to high wind and drought. This saw is nicely balanced and starts easily once you get used to it. The saw cuts through 12- 16 inch Oak and Hickory like a hot knife through butter.

I have purchased Troy-Bilt products before and the price and quality is very good. Walmart has good selections and very good delivery service.

Big ash tree no problem.
Works as well as expected. After first use would recommend tightening all fasteners. Would also recommend to family and friends.

Chain saw
I returned it because I did not receive it all time however on trying to return it, I found out I had to drive 60 miles to a UPS store how I know this. I probably would've kept it to sum it up. It was a pain to return.

Significant packaging concerns
So far, I'm not thrilled. See the pictures attached on how it was shipped to me. If you look closely, you see this was a previously opened box. Why would you ship a chainsaw not fully contained in a box? The blade on pic 3 looked bent. Have emailed the seller to see about starting a return. We'll see how that goes.

Disappointed
The chain keeps popping off after trying to saw through arborvitae trees! Now the chain saw is emitting smoke.
