Trudeau Structured Silicone 9-Cavity Brownie Mold, Cookie, Brookie, Banana Bread, Zucchini Bread, Cake, Pound Cake, Cheesecake, Lasagna

I was sent this and immediately tested it! I love brownies but typically have a hard time when making them. This made it so easy to remove them and clean after baking! It's super lightweight and will be used for more brownies in the upcoming weeks for a work event! Totally worth getting!

Absolutely LOVE this product! My red velvet bars popped right of the mold and held their shape perfectly! I hate whenever I have to dig stuff out of my pans from it being stuck and this did not disappoint. I was also very surprised I was able to fit all my batter in this! I thought I was going to have to do two rounds, but everything fit in one round!

My husband had just put scratches into my usual brownie pan so this came at a wonderful time. It's more structured than I expected. My previous silicone products were too floppy but this one holds its shape so well. This meant I didn't have to place it on a cookie sheet to use it. I also appreciate the handles. I thought that this would be the equivalent of a 9" x 9", but I must have been mistaken because my 8" x 8" recipe was almost too much for it. My brownies ended up ballooning out the top... But that created a wonderful crispy top so I'll consider it a win (yes I made a mess pouring but I rather not dirty another utensil). I did end up having to bake them a little bit longer because the center brownie was taking longer than the others to bake. I lined these with butter (the instructions say not to use spray but I'm not much of a spray user anyway) and they came out so easily. I did wonder halfway through "couldn't I just use a muffin pan?" but no, this has straight vertical lines so it can work for things that muffin pans can't. I already have a few ideas of what I'll do next! I'll just need to work out batch sizing. Thankfully my husband won't feel the need to use a knife on this pan!

This is a genius product! If you like to bake this will become a staple tool. The silicone pan makes the treat (brownies in my case) easy to pop out and consistent in shape. The pan does have a metal lining so it is not flimsy, this helps with the baking and the removing from oven. Because it's silicone it's very easy to wash and won't rust. However you need to ensure you clean it properly to avoid wear or odor. My only con is that the pan only has 9 cubbies - I'd be interested in a bigger version. The confetti design is super cute too.

This dish was perfect shape for thick brownies, it was really easy to pop all the brownies out without breaking them, but when I was taking it out of the over it was pretty flimsy, I forgot it was silicone, I been using metal dishes so it really threw me off, just keep in mind if your baking heavy dense desserts not to drop them. Over all I loved the design and the texture of the tray.

Y'all, this one right here is it!!!!! This mold is perfect! I received it assembled, so right out of the box, washed, and straight to use. I cannot wait to try other things in it, it's so versatile. It holds up well in heat, the size is actually so perfect for me, and the thickness excells in my books! 10/10 don't walk, run. GO NOW! No way you could be disappointed.

If you are a fan of brownie edges, this pan is a total game-changer. I love that it pre-portions everything into nine perfect squares, so you get that slightly chewy, crisp crust on all four sides of every single brownie. The silicone is high-quality and has a nice weight to it because of the integrated steel rim, which makes it way easier to pop in and out of the oven compared to floppy silicone pans. Clean-up is a breeze—nothing sticks! Highly recommend for anyone who wants professional-looking treats with zero effort!

This product is interesting and I say has a lot of potential when you learn how to cook with it. I like the flexibility and design that helps make the brownie or whatever you choose to bake. However not each square was cooked evenly and I think maybe that's on me because I never baked with a silicone pan before. So I think it's important to know there might be some trail and error.

I love this pan! I've been meaning to try making egg bites and getting this pan finally pushed me to do it! They came out perfect and it was so easy to remove and I didn't even spray pam or anything first! Definitely recommend and can't wait to use it again!

I truly wanted to love this and I think it's a great idea, but when I make brownies they come out super hard on the sides. I am going to try to make different things in it to see if I can make it work somehow but I haven't had great luck so far. The serving sizes are so cute and are great for baking that you are planning to gift, because it makes the serving sizes look great. The brownies just pop right out with no hassle which is great. It had no problem going into the oven with the heat, which I was a little worried about. I'm gonna give it another shot and see if I can get better results.
