These seem to work well. Good for the money
It's a good way to get all 3 of the ingredients every day! Pill is somewhat large but I don't have any problem getting it down. I will keep buying and taking it on a daily basis.
This is helping me with staying regular and not being constipated daily. I will be ordering more before I run out Also so much easier to swallow a pill than during a gritty fiber mix.
