Different than other tie dye because instructions stated to let dry. Definitely neon!!! These are liquid.

Dyed white UltraSuede Light the neon green! ❤️
The colors are brilliant and the product takes well to the fabric but it made it a bit more firm than I had hoped but all in all I would recommend it.
