These were recommended by my podiatrist to help with plantar fasciitis pain. I have used these inserts in my shoes for several years now and the pain in my heals is very minimal. I am on my feet all day on concrete floors. Highly recommend.

I can really tell a difference in the impact. Wish I had bought them years ago .

These heel pads didn't fit as well in my husband's shoes and they flattened out a little. The price was reasonable.
