I think this is the best option to add curcumin. Recommended serving of 2 capsules with 2000mg, but my nutritionist said that FOR ME 1000mg is more than enough. So 1 package is for 3 months

As an RA patient i had read many studies about how Turmeric helped with joints and swelling so i had been wanting to try it. After a month my swelling is down dramatically on my hands and left foot.
