I've been suffering from bone on bone arthritis in my r knee and r hip for too long-waiting for my hip replacement surgery Dec. 18th… have been unable to sleep from the intense pain in my entire hip and leg and also L5 disc bulging %26 spinal stenosis with bone spur involving my sciatic nerve. I'm a MESS! On a whim I bought this Turmeric supplement and started faithfully taking it every day…about 2 1/2 weeks of taking it I noticed so much of my pain was GONE and I could honestly sleep so much more comfortably! It took a couple days to realize it must be the Turmeric that relieved so much of the inflammation everywhere! I will NEVER stop taking this supplement because my pain level has dropped from a “9” to about a “4” on the average (unless I overuse my leg). Can't believe it relieved the sciatic pain as well—my pain management doctor was amazed and he is now buying some for his own use after hearing my testimony. Please try this if you are suffering and give it a good 3-4 weeks to work it's miracle-I don't think you'll regret it and it has so many other health benefits also that you can't go wrong! I should be a sales rep for this lol! So glad I tried this!

As an RA patient i had read many studies about how Turmeric helped with joints and swelling so i had been wanting to try it. After a month my swelling is down dramatically on my hands and left foot. I'm feeling better when i walk, i like the results, so i will keep taking and hope for more improvements.

The taste was not bad, and I was able to get the pill down because sometimes pills like this don't taste very good. I think you get a good value for your money, especially with the ingredients that are in it. I believe that it is a good pill to add to your daily vitamins.

It is effective, but the capsules are large. I normally take the 1,600mg and the gel cap is small. I didn't think 400mg more would double the size of the capsule. And some of the turmeric is loose in the bottle making my fingers yellow after handling the capsules.
