Best headset ive had. "Superhuman hearing mode" is a little lack luster as it changes the whole headset audio so my friends voices sound off. And the wireless USB connection can get real finicky through walls, but I mean your wired headset cant go thru walls either. The Bluetooth connection to your phone is excellent. Battery lasts a whole week of me using the headset for near 14 hours a day. Dont have any real complaints, overall its amazing.

Everything about this headsets been great, having the option to have music from your phone play at the same time as your game is amazing. They are also very comfortable and have a good battery life.

Das Headset hat eine sehr lange Akkulaufzeit und unfassbar klaren Sound. Die Funktion, dass man über sein Handy Musikhören und dennoch den Gamesound und Sprachchat vom PC hört ist eine richtige Revolution für das Gaming Erlebnis.

I wear glasses and these are comfortable. The sound is nice, the audio settings are nice, the mic and Bluetooth are nice. The battery lasts a long time. I mean, what more can you ask for? Thank you Turtle Beach Team. Longtime fan of the brand here. And for good reason.

Great headset for people that play games loke fortnite or cod, or any FPS for that matter, the sound quality is phenomenal, i highly recommend it to anyone that's looking for an upgrade in both sound and battery quality

It's a great headset. I had the gen 1 years ago and they were awesome too. Now I have the new ones I've had em about 3 months and the flip to mute sensor broke. So I had to contact turtle beach and use the warranty they have for a year and I'm waiting on replacement now. Other than tho the mic is fire especially if you play shooters and battle royale where you need to hear where things are coming from exactly. 5/5 if it didn't break

Overall, this is a really good headset. The audio quality is amazing, and technology this thing is incredible. The wireless transmitters change color depending on if the mic is muted, which is a really cool feature. I only have two complaints. First, I wish that the headset could extend a bit longer when adjusting. Second, I wish the microphone quality was better. It's not awful, but it's definitely not as good as other brands.

I liked everything about these except, very little to no bass, difficult to get to reconnect to pc, had to turn on and off multiple times to reconnect correctly and have both speakers and mic work, random disconnects over bluetooth usually 2-3 times in a 30 sec period. All in all i returned them, maybe a i had a bad unit?!?!

While the audio quality is satisfactory. I am extremely disappointed with some serious issues I am having. Summary of issues (what I'm experiencing now): Volume dial does not work (on the PC in Windows): The issue was resolved for a couple days. Just yesterday I had to redo all the steps to reset and recover. Transmitter LED: One of the transmitters no longer lights or blinks when plugged into any of my PC's USB ports. It is recognized by the PC during the Swarm II reset/recover process but it does not show any LED activity at all no matter what is happening. It is not plugged in all the time. The Headset “sleep” effect: After a minute or two of no audio, the headset seems to go into a sleep/low-power state even though the battery is fully charged. I have to press the headset connect button (lower-left ear housing) to "wake" it up, and that does not always work. This is similar to a computer going to sleep and you press a key/mouse to wake it. When the attempt fails I have to completely reconnect. It's intermittent and VERY frustrating. If this is a "feature", it is useless and I would like to turn it off if possible! I am currently communicating with TB support. But that is painful to as all comms are through email, which can be challenging. This device will stay at two stars unless we get all issues addressed.
