The controller is absolutely amazing with everything you can do to it from lighting, profile slots, and so much more to list. Might be difficult at first to do but once figure it all out how to do and save it's just amazing and best controller I have ever purchased.

Bought this to replace my Razer Pro Controller and I HIGHLY recommend!! It’s very lightweight, fits well in my hand, back paddles are easy to use. It’s all the way around a perfect controller!

Gamers and gamer dads - you need to buy this remote - I bought it for my 16 yr old son and he was showing me all the features it has - controller even has mini screen that shows all the adjustments you can make - extra buttons that you can program on the back - in fact the remote lets you configure any button - wow - it even comes with a carrying case with a slot to recharge battery - I got it on sale during the holidays - definitely would recommend

Good feel, good response, but keeps disconnecting in the middle of a game on xbox. The start/select buttons shouldve been put next to the xbox button because it conflicts with the left joystick in its current position.

i ordered a new one but got a refurbished one. i couldnt get it to charge past 34 percent. after i did a firmware update it solved the problem but i had to do it on an app and it was annoying. so no you cant use this thing out of the box. great controller though!

First thing the controller feels great, the design is sweet. However, the charge doesn't last 30 hours the fast charge takes 3 to 4 hours to fully charge. Some of the buttons the B button on my controller doesn't work right I have to constantly push it before it works. I bought this controller because of the anti drifting in the joysticks.

Real nice controller, lots of bells and whistles. The only major issue I had was that jit would disconnect from my system in the middle of a game, and couldn't reconnect. It got very frustrating.

Turtle beach had a great idea but did a terrible job making it a reality with this controller. To start it’s way bigger and bulkier than 90% of other Xbox controllers, to the point it takes a bit to get use to the size and it’s very, very cheap feeling. It feels like it’s made of the cheapest plastic available. Obviously no controller is super quite when using it but it sounds like someone typing 400 words a min in a keyboard when playing a fast paced game like Warzone, has several different sound settings to choose from but not really much difference in them, that I could tell anyways. I misplaced the cord that came with it and the controller wouldn’t do anything but light up when I tried using several different usb c cords, luckily I found the cord though. After about a week, the left trigger wouldnt work if I tried to use the trigger stop for the left trigger, then about 2 days later the sticks wouldn’t register but finally got them working after resetting the controller about 10 times. Worked fine for a few days until the right trigger stop started having the same problems as the left, then the left trigger decided to stop working all together. Both triggers feel the same and have the same pressure and push back when pressed but only the right side works, sadly no amount of resetting or hard resetting using the button you have to press with a needle on the back of the control has fixed it. In total the controller didn’t last maybe a month if that before having constant issues over and over again. For a controller that costs what it does that is an absolute joke. If you’re thinking of getting one just be prepared. I thought all the terrible reviews were just people who bought it thinking it was gonna make them a stud gamer and got disappointed when it didn’t. I’ve bought $20 dollar controllers that lasted longer and didn’t feel like recycled plastic that felt like it was gonna crack or fall apart at any minute right out the box.

I'm sure the controller is fine but mine wasn't on delivery. At first it was just the "Y" button being a bit off and not responding to every press unless I press it at a certain angle but that being a bit so used button I let it be but now it's the "A" button acting that way and it's not even 3 months in for $200 I should be getting better quality.

broke week in, spazzed out, tried claiming on the protection plan but they wanted me to go through manufacture warranty which was impossible to complete. few hundred dollar paper weight
