Turtle Wax 50804 Wet 'N Black Tire Shine Trigger, 23 oz

I purchased this , after always using other products . I followed the directions , and was totally surprised , with the out come ! Much better than other products , I have used before !

Living on a dirt road by tires always look dirty. All of the other tire shine seem to attract the dust. Not this one! Easy to use, lasts much longer there is not a better product that I have ever used.

I ordered this to see if it holds up to any of the Meguiar's products. I applied it after our car got its first spring wash. The results are awesome! 1 week and the tires still look great! I love the fact that it doesn't make the tires overly greasy and have a more natural shine! I will definitely buy again. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

This is the TRUTH! I'm only giving 4 stars because it's not as "wet and shiny" as I was looking for, BUT the truth about this product is IT DOES NOT SLING! I could not believe it, but it doesn't. I sprayed one good coat to where you could see the product dripping, but I let it dry for over an hour. My car is white, so usually after a wash and shine, I would see black dots from tire dressing slinging, but THERE WAS NONE....and I mean NONE!! I bought 3 bottles because the price was right, and another reviewer said it didn't sling...I may just buy more...this is the tire shine for me. Not as wet looking, but still wet enough...and that's a more than fair enough trade-off since it doesn't sling....but please let it dry...give it time and you'll hopefully have my success and happiness...or more like relief from wiping all the usual sling away.

Works OK but you need to put it on heavy to get a good shine on the tires. I used up a good amount of the bottle on my truck tires before the shine stayed [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Messy application method, was hoping it could be applied by a tire sponge but that makes it even more work. Tire foam is better if you want a no touch approach or a tire gel like AA tire gel.

I applied on a brand-new set of Uniroyal Tiger Paw tires and after exactly week noticed that it kind of melted the tire rubber. The fine lines on tire surface and some of the lettering of tire infused together… the sharp edges of letters are rounded and kind of melted… What a horrible product… Never seen such a thing. Won't even bother returning it…will go straight in to the garbage. Be careful using this product. Will not buy again.

Pros: Nice shine after 2 coating. Cons: All shine gone after one outing in rain. The shine applied by the dealership lasted for so long even after so many rain outing. Going to check with them and apply the same product.
