The quality of this magnesium ingredient was fantastic and helps with constipation. The size of the capsule is not too big. I don't get any joint or muscle pain relief and it doesn't help my sleep but the one thing you can count on this little package to do is poop. what a benefit from such a small mineral! There is no taste but drink lots of water with it. I recommend starting with two capsules.

I have been using Twinlab magnesium for several years. It is gentle to take and very effective. Two tablets will keep you regular. One tablet will get rid of a mouth ulcer. It is very effective, yet gentle and well priced. It is a mainstay for me!

I bought this when there is a discount. My hubby takes magnesium regularly as he says it helps him to feel relax and reduce leg muscle cramps in the night. This is a good quality brand and the dosage as well as the number of capsules makes it a good buy.

I liked Magnesium, I drink it for the first time, I bought this company since it is a new brand of Eicherba and decided to try it, the packaging is good, the size of the capsules is average, according to my observations I have become calmer and sleep has normalized, in general I recommend it!

As well as providing the benefits of magnesium for heart, nerves and muscles; magnesium oxide is also good for keeping bowels regular, just saying! Two capsules in the evening with a glass of water will help with regularity if and when needed. Therefore great to have an ongoing supply :-)

Astonished by Amazon price and searched for better price. I herb was almost half the price for the same product. Delivered on time and free. How can you do better than that

I had high hopes for this one, especially for muscle cramps, heart health, and improving my quality of sleep, but I'm feeling a bit let down. However, the effects didn't quite live up to the expectations. I was anticipating a bit more impact. On the plus side, it didn't irritate my stomach, and that's always a relief. But overall, while it might have some benefits, this product fell a bit short for me in terms of noticeable effects on my nervous system as well as muscle and heart health.

Man this stuff is like taking no magnesium at all. It's weird. I've taken various magnesium formulas over the years for muscle and bowel issues related to complications of MS , but due to price increases thought I'd try something cheaper. This stuff does pretty much nothing, no matter how much I take.
