Tylenol Extra Strength Caplets with 500 mg Acetaminophen, 225 ct

I get terrible headaches that start in my sinuses and spread to my head and neck. Extra Strength Tylenol is the only thing that stops the pain and pressure within 15 minutes without upsetting my stomach. It is a blessing to find a pain reliever that actually works!

Like this Tylenol, better than the others seems to work more as a really no difference from the liquid gels so prefer this one actually definitely like this one much much better

For milk headaches I recommend Tylenol. These are style the best brand after all the years. Easy on the stomach (they are coated) and better with juice. Not recommended for back pain or arthritis as there are other brands designed for that type of relief.

Like how compact it is to bring to work. Sometimes, being in the computer at work or the busyness in the job leads to headaches. Depending on my pain level, 1 cap can relieve mild pain, but 2 caps are needed for moderate to severe. Thanks, Walmart, for the safe and fast delivery of my item!

I order these for my 90 year old mother. She says generic doesn't work as well. I buy the generic for a fraction of the cost. I have never told her that Motrin is the name brand for Ibuprofen, and it Ibuprofen works just fine for her! Some old folks are stubborn that way! Save some money and buy generic tylenol (acetaminophen) It's the same thing as Tylenol!!!

Tylenol Extra Strength is a reliable go-to for managing pain and reducing fever. It works quickly and effectively for headaches, muscle aches, and general discomfort. I appreciate that it’s easy on the stomach compared to some other pain relievers. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it doesn’t always last as long as I’d like, especially for more persistent pain. Still, it’s a solid, trustworthy option to have in the medicine cabinet.

Received product in excellent shape and in a timely manner. I have not had an occasion to use the product yet but should an occasion arise I will return to this platform and hopefully it will allow me to update and edit this review. this was a substitute. you sent two bottles of 100 tabs. of course the one bottle ordered has 225. now I'm 25 tab short, I do appreciate the coverage. thanks

I bought this to save money in comparison to the actual Tylenol 24 caplets that comes in a bottle. This item is a bit pricey, should be at least at a price range of .99 cents to 1.49. When I took this to relieve a minor headache and body aches, the side effects, after taking this for 1 hour, your head will begin to spin, like getting vertigo. This is my experience. My head started to spin, and I was getting dizziness, which took me out of commission for hours, in which I sleep it off. I dispose of this item, because this item may not be the real deal. Now, when I took the regular Tylenol caplets in a bottle, no issues, but the one that I bought, took me out of commission due to vertigo and dizziness. I dispose of the entire content after just taking 1 caplet. I will not recommend this to any1 for that matter. Again, my experience. Your result may vary. Do yourself a small favor buy the Tylenol that comes in the original bottle. Pay a bit more, and be comfortable thereafter. rm

There's something going on with Tylenol and it's on Google. I bought this Tylenol and it tasted like a chemical taste to it and it smelled like a chemical odor when I opened the bottle and that's because there's been rodent poison at the factory to try and get rid of rodents so don't buy this Tylenol anymore from Walmart because it will damage your kidneys and liver. I got very sick!
