These work very very well. And even though they are not habit forming so it says but they are and can become a very dependent way of falling asleep. Please be careful and only use these for a restful nights sleep and not during the day while working or driving around. These are very strong and if you take them in an empty stomach or wait at least four hours after eating the effect will be that much stronger to put you to sleep. You will feel these and it can be overwhelming along with very dry mouth. Please be careful.

Nothing wrong with product but Walmart charges a small quantity fee which I was totally unaware of. Was trying to find an alternative to Amazon but Walmart is not going to be it. I have tried before to use Walmart, but they have been able to charge me extra or the products have sucked!
