Umbra Cappa Expandable Single Curtain Rod 66-120"

My personal experience is that it was shipped in a timely manner. I see the original price has dropped significantly. I like the design, all parts were included. It is a great improvement from the rod I had up there as there are 3 support hangers included. The closed design of the hangers does not bother me personally. The rod compliments our new curtains which were a disappointment. This rod met and exceeded my expectations at this time. We just put it up a couple of days ago. It is being used in our living room which is not a high humidity room, mentioning that as I saw problem with rusting by someone who used it in their bathroom. My personal experience with this transaction in all honesty thus far is highly favorable. Sturdy, looks nice and installation was no big deal.

Very beautiful and sturdy, and easy installation too. Two outer rods on each side with one inner extension rod in the middle, which looks very balanced. I like the end caps as well which give a very clean modern looking.

just what I needed.

Arrived in excellent condition, well made, upscale drapery rods. I'm 66 yrs young, got my measuring tape, drill and bite, leveler, pencil and two rods were up in 45 minutes. Expensive looking! Lovely!

the Rod is ok and went up easily . But even with only medium weight drape sag's a little, would have helped if the center extension was a little better. It has plastic sleeves between center sectioned the end sections , mabey something at the ends of center section . but we are spanning 110 " with no center support. covering a double window single side pull.

The rod was missing the 6 screws %26 the 6 anchors.🤦‍♀️ Unfortunately, I don't have extras in my personal tool box. Now I have to make a 60 mile round trip to return it %26 then try to find a similar rod that is this price. Im guessing someone returned this item before without the hardware %26 I got stock with it.

Had purchased 4 of these rods a year ago (not my first purchase of Umbra rods) and decided to purchase one more so I could hang a single blackout drape across a balcony door. The rod came in 4 sections! I should have realized it because the box was very short. The rod sags in the middle and because the drape is to cover a door, a third bracket cannot be used. Not the quality I expect from Umbra.

Read the online refund policy. It's not the same old generous Walmart refund policy. I've contacted Walmart and the seller three times to ask them to cancel this order and they won't do it. The item has not even shipped yet and I talked to the seller two days ago and I canceled it online before it shipped and it shows you're still processing it. The seller refused to cancel and they haven't even shipped it yet.
