Uniball Mechanical Pencil HB #2, Medium Point (0.7mm), Black/Blue, 3 Count

My grandson who is 13 said these were the best... hard to find. He uses every day in school. He calls them his "lucky pencil". Lead doesn't break or advance unexpectedly. Large eraser with replacement erasers and leads. Great grip. So much better than the cheap $1 pencils.

I exclusively use mechanical because I hate having to constantly sharpen traditional pencils and I like a nice crisp line. For me, the mechanics of a pencil are the most important. I don't want to have to worry about lead slippage and I want the pencil to reload flawlessly. Uni-ball has nailed it with this pencil! I couldn't be happier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Uni-ball mechanical pencil 0.7mm is very easy to use. It has a nice padded area that makes the grip very comfortable. A single click releases just enough of the tip to write well. My kids love it because they don't have to sharpen it.

They are comfortable enough for my liking and write well. The mechanism fed new graphite without a problem. They also look nice as well. No complaints here.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is very nice that the eraser and tip are easily extended. The grip makes using the pencil very comfortable for extended periods of time. The clip is very functional. The pencil is lightweight plastic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pencil writes great, as you would expect, but that's mostly down to whatever graphite you put in it. I wouldnt say this is the most slick looking pencil, and it's maybe a bit bulky in the hand - but the click is smooth, and you can tell its well made. Only other criticism would be the eraser is pretty small.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are the perfect pencils for my up and coming 6th grade daughter. She is finally in the grade that will allow her to use them . They write perfectly and writing in fine small print isn't a problem . . She liked the size of the eraser after she took it apart to see the lead inside of it . The grip is perfect for her hands and she also learned how to hold the pencil the correct way.
