swapped this for my daily animal multivitamins, good for average person looking to get daily greens. Will be going back to animal multivitamins after because I need the high potency vitamins for my harder workouts/efforts

I added this product to my regimen because I knew I wasn't getting my daily serving of veggies through my meals. This product helps with exactly that. An added plus is all the superfoods and adaptogens that help support a healthy individual is in this product. My hair, skin, and nails are looking healthier then before.

I recently started taking animal greens for the last 3 months then I can honestly say it helps with digestion feels like it's filling in the gaps where the rest of nutrition may be lacking. I like to know that I'm consuming the proper amount of greens because I definitely wouldn't eat all of these individually so to convenient go to to cover your nutritional bases.
