This is one of those supplements you don't “feel” immediately but you notice when you stop taking it. Since running Animal Omega consistently, my joints move smoother, my lifts feel cleaner, and I'm less beat up day to day. It helps me stay consistent in training instead of managing aches and inflammation. High-quality oils, no weird aftertaste, and it fits perfectly into a serious, long-term health routine. Simple, effective, and non-negotiable for me.

It baffles my mind across other supplements when they state X amount of individual ingredients. I honestly don't think it's possible to squeeze all that into one or two pills. Animal packs are multiple pills and this sets my mind at ease knowing I'm getting full doses.

I don't eat fish or seafood. Can't stand it, always hated that because fish is so good for you. These give me literally all the Omegas my body could need and I don't have to force and wretch down bite after bite of something I find vile. Sooooooo much better than other Omega supplements I've had the displeasure of trying. I'll buy these forever.

Iv taken this product on and off going on about 1 year overall great to add to any stack if your into fitness and nutrition the packs are one of the things that helped me cut down from 330lbs to 185lbs it helped with my recovery time after lifting heavy sets the next day I wouldn't feel as poppy and the omegas in it fit into my nutrition plan.

Anima Omega is a great way for me to get my omegas in. Sometimes it's hard to me to get those in my diet. Great way to supplement these into your routine!

I take it with my cutting supplements as suggested as a post cardio of a lengthy water fast with walk of around 2500 calories burned :fire: and feel it nourishes me along with my restricted diet to keep the results as much as possible for more improvement the next day, that is how I use it. I do see improvement in my weight loss, or fat burned :fire:, and how I feel from regular usage and can even restrict fats from my diet knowing I am getting the essentials when wanted.

Highly recommend this product who wants to optimize their nutrition as part of a foundational stack a must have, especially for those who do not get enough fish in the diet. Using this product requires less pills then your average omega supp. and is giving you effective doses that are clearly labeled and not having to take 8,000 plus mg of fish oil and still not get enough epa/dha also getting omega 6 is added benefit in which other supps. do not take in consideration. missing some meals in a day or having to eat lesser quality meals it will help you keep on track with your nutrients. Good for your heart, joints and brain cant go wrong sourced and third party tested good amount of benefits for the price.

Love them! I'm a month and a half of taking them daily. Twice a day on heavier training days. I feel great!
