The price for the remote was shocking, for its value. The buttons were easy to use to access the captions and other functions. The channels are plentiful with different icons to lead you to programs that everyone can find shows to watch. The remote is very handy .

I bought this for my 84 year old mother. She had lost the original remote for her Samsung tv and was using a replacement universal remote with lots of buttons. I thought this would be easier for her to use. I put the batteries in it on Christmas Eve and when she opened her gift the next day, it worked great. I really can't speak to the battery life but it works just like the factory remote that I have for my Samsung tv.

I bought this remote replacement after my children destroyed the original. I open it up as soon as I received it placed two AA batteries in and it worked immediately!

it was super easy to use set up everything. Only bought it because of next day delivery and my dog ate my other one. Fiance was mad so it made her happy now i am too.

My kids keep breaking the remotes. But honestly for the few dollars its worth getting a new one every time.

great price n good remote

I hesitantly recommend this item. Worked great to start (buttons worked instantly), though over a short time became less responsive (even with fresh batteries) This is at least my 2nd one, 1st one broke in half trying to get the batteries to make a better connection. Decent for the price, though nothing close to the original remote.

Will not turn volume up or down

not the Samsung remote in the picture. completely different. don't think it is new. was not packaged in anything. battery compartment too large. batteries don't fit snug. have to hold it at a specific angle for the remote to work.

The shortcut buttons wouldn't work with our MU900 and in less than a week the remote stopped working completely. Very much a waste of money.
