I love this elliptical machine . It took me about two hours to put it together by myself and I am a 63-year-old woman. The machine is a great workout. I mean it is a great workout! They provide a link to watch videos while you're working out to to follow along with the instructors who are working out there in the video and there are multiple videos to choose from depending on your level of Fitness..I hope to get many years of use out of this machine because it is well made, it's not clunky. It's just as good as the ones I've used at the gym so I don't need my gym membership anymore, which I love. It is a low impact work out, which helps because since I have gotten older, I need that. Also I have fallen down a few times so it is helping me with my balance. I highly recommend this machine to anyone.

I may have written a very long And I thought it was to the elliptical, but I realized it went to the mat so if you wanna look up the map, my entire view is there. But yes, I do highly recommend this. I absolutely love it. You get the best workout ever and it has 16 different resistance settings not the easiest thing to assemble, but it does take time but definitely worth it. It will work better once you put the top part on that tells you how many calories you've burned how much your distance was otherwise it's hard to have an accurate number on the persistence. Mines was working a lot smoother once my husband put the top part in. I bought mine on this website because the ones on Amazon and target were not as lower price as this one and they all had the same similar settings and features but this one does not take up a lot of space and if you are curious this does count your steps, although you have to work a little bit more harder at it, but it does give you a much better workout so this versus walking, you will burn more calories on this

wow!!! a beast of a machine! it makes ZERO sound when using! Although Huge the movability getting around hallways %26 doors is wonderful!

I love this elliptical. It is easy to operate and a great workout. Fits in my space. My daughter put it together with no issues what so ever. Very happy with its looks and performance. Delivery was quick and price was great.

Great product for the money. Was delivered within a week of ordering. It took 2 of us 2 hours to assemble. The most difficult part of assembly is getting it out of the box! Great packing! Some of the screws don't match the diagram but just read it twice, easy to figure out. I would recommend this product.

I really enjoy the UPGO elliptical bike. It was easy to assemble. When riding the bike, it is smooth.

I'm very satisfied with the purchase of my UPGO exercise equipment. It doesn't take too much space so it is very appropriate for small apartments. And it is great to burn calories!

Got item set up - the instructions were a mess, so I wound up just figuring out what to assemble by looking at drawings later in the instruction manual. The left foot made a knocking sound against the wheel, so I ignored the instructions and put the bracket on the other bolt and I had the clearance. So now it runs well. I've not been exercising for awhile due to health, but even the one setting was making me breathe a bit hard. I'm five feet, so the machine was only slightly big for me - if I were six feet, I might feel a bit wobbly. I have this, with a rower machine from same brand, and some free weights. Doesn't take much space at all. Have it in my room behind the door and it fits.

I have for years used Sunny Products and it was time to change up....Grabbed this one and put it together this morning.....Wow....what a difference....I had to put this down to level 1 cuz WOW the tension is pretty real") Not too difficult to build....I did it alone and here's the YouTube Video of HOW TO") https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2Kxi1waB96E Got it in place and it is stable and quite tensioned") Happy to not have to plug it in:) Pretty simple machine but quite hefty. It's 110lbs so not super light to just be pushing around. It's quiet. Runs smooth. I like there is no foot bed to the rear so I can change foot position without hitting a ledge.

This been the worse experience with Walmart warehouse my elliptical machine was so bad treated the I have to return it back because if I open the box and then I have to sending back will be impossible, and see how the delivery from FedEx throw my machine in the cement was so bad I returned back and is been almost 2 weeks and am still waiting for my money back
