I was really excited to get this UPGO Vibration Exercise Plate. I had 2 unsuccessful back surgeries last year. I have dealt with chronic pain from Degenerative Disc Disease and Spinial Stenosis since 2006 and had to have a spinal fusion at C4-5-6 in 2007. I have L5-S1-2 disc bulging with impending nerve root and sciatica pain. Went to pain management for steroid injections for 8 years then started having severe allergic reactions and had to stop getting injections. So bought this Vibration Plate because heard they help relieve pain. It was delivered in couple of days and well packaged. I got it all out and began reading instruction booklet and got to a Warning that says if have any Spine problems or Screws in body DO NOT USE because it can cause serious harm😬 Now I'm upset because I have to return it. It seems to be well made and i turned it on and just put my feet on it while sitting in my chair. Felt so good on my feet but didn't want to risk causing any more problems than i already have so boxed it up to return. So if you have any kind of health problems please check with your dr before you buy one to make sure it's safe for you to use.

Improved my mobility and helped drain my lymph system. The only issue is that the remote has a problem syncing with the plate, which takes a few times.

Works good only thing is that depending on where you will be using the cord is not long enough and will have to use an extension from the plug for power

i love it. it arrived damaged from a pole going through the box but it didnt affect its functioning (that's the only reason i gave it 4 instead of 5)

The plate is not as wide as it appears with the heavy set model.. when I kneel on it the grading top is a little rough feeling. All in all a great buy though. Works well I use it twenty minutes a day and it really helps release pain and tension big time. Love it

I bought to help stimulate my neuropathy in both legs. It was comfortable at first but by 4 th day over stimulation occurred and too much for my condition. I think it's a great product but my legs are too sensitive to continue. I have to return plate sadly.

Works as described, staying straight up I don't feel much shaking to my upper 1/2. When I tilt my body I feel more. Bought for lymphatic system and nervous system.

Really enjoyed for my feet and legs while working from home but after a few months it stopped working. Going to buy a better brand.

Was hard to understand. Had 5 preprogrammed settings but didn't explain what they did. Manuel setting at 20 was like others at 2. Could go up to 100 but seemed like a lot to do for a simple process. Definitely need more details for use especially for someone my age (75) I

Horrible it stopped working after 3 months just after I the deadline to return or exchange. I am broke and can't afford to replace it .I still have it because I can't bare to throw away .would appreciate a new one or to have it fixed..
