Listen, it does not taste the best by any stretch of the imagination BUT….that milk output?? AMAZINGGG. You got to do what you got to do for you and your child, and if you can just think that and think about how much milk you're going to produce, that taste is more than bearable and it'll go away quickly. Definitely recommend, hope you mamas the best on your breastfeeding journey!

After a harmful round of antibiotics my milk supply diminished. On day 3 of taking up sting MilkFlow Soft Chews I thought I was feeling a difference but didn't want to get excited. By day 5 baby girl would drink her fill and then I'd still have enough to pump!! So thankful for these chews.

I bought these for my daughter because her milk production was slowing down she used it one time and hasn't had any problems with her production it has tripled in the amount she normally express

I recently had a baby. It was my first baby and I've been struggling to produce milk so I was really looking for something to help kickstart my milk supply. I absolutely love these. They taste really great and I look forward to taking them every day. 

I am typically an overproducer. With that being said, I decided to give these a try after the entire house came down with the Noravirus and decreased my supply. I can confidently say that these do work to increase your supply! I took 1 a day for 3 days straight and saw a dramatic increase in my supply. It happened very quickly and my supply is back.

This product worked well for what it was meant for however the taste of the product progressively started tasting more medicinal as the product stayed in my mouth. I would recommend this product just eat small amounts at a time so it doesn't stay in your mouth as long.

I'm one of those people that don't do well with fenugreek  I started to dry me up come the second day I was losing supply on my milk it wasn't a super big decrease right away, but it was noticeable But I have always done brewers flaxseed oatmeal. I've never used anything with fenugreek in it. If you know that herb works for you, it'll definitely be a great choice.

I wish the flavor was better with these. They really help with my milk production though. I thought the berry would be better than the chocolate raspberry, but I was so wrong. There's so much potential here. There's such a sharp plastic flavor that is almost painful to finish eating it. The initial flavor is great too. I'm sad to have this secondary flavor. And I was even expecting to taste the herbs, but the plastic like flavor is so hard to stomach. I'm going to have to search for more of the chocolate raspberry ones...

This product was received as part of a promotion. I began taking these as directed on the package. The packaging is attractive and the chews smell good. They come individually wrapped in foil. When I unwrapped a chew, I put one in my mouth and chewed one. Then I got another one (2 is the serving size). At first, the chews taste really good. Then after I swallowed them they began leaving a weird unexplainable aftertaste. It made my lips and tongue go numb in a way. I tried going about things again the next way because I wasn't sure if it was for sure the chews. I took two again & like clockwork my lips and tongue went numb again. It was very strange. I had to quit using them so I cannot say if they worked either way. I don't know if I am allergic to something in the chews or what. I just know what happened was something I had to quit using very soon after beginning.

I pump exclusively, and I would usually get about 60 ml each pump. After a couple of days of taking this product, I would get only about 40 ml each pump. It reduced my milk supply, and I'm really upset about it. Hopefully now that I'm going to stop taking it my supply will go back up
