Great ebike! I'm a 69 year old 6 foot 180 lbs male with a bad left hip and this bike is great fun to ride. It's very comfortable and with pedal assist I get just as much exercise as I want on any given day... it's great exercise technology! I haven't pushed the claims on range but I can say a throttle aggressive 10 mile ride barely touches the battery - less than 20%. Just buy one and deal with the economic stuff because this is a way to good health.

well I can say thus far overall , I am satisfied with the product. my concerns are as follow. in the area where the cables enter and exit to and from the controller their two holes which are visible, these should, in some way be covered and/or weather proofed (easy Fix)., handle stem/post NOT adjustable. my main concern is that , After sending two emails after a week of receiving the bike URLIFE remains unresponsive, this is NOT good at all, I hope that Wallmart pays attention this matter and can have them respond :-(

We bought two of these bikes and both my husband and I love them. They are fun to ride. Putting the bike together after opening the box was easy with the instructions that were included. The bikes are sturdy built and the colors beautiful especially the teal green. The LCD is easy to use and the display is easy to read. I had no problem reading my how fast I was going as I was riding the bike. If you have a question, Customer Service is very prompt. Plus, they are inexpensive.

Finally getting some exercise in my daily routine! Have not rode a bike in 10yrs! I had to get used to riding again so i start with the bike on battery mode then i catch up with the pedals!

The bike is sturdy and easy to assemble. It is also easy to read the display and ride it. If you have any problems, just contact the company and they respond quickly. The manual is very informative ,

I bought this bike, quick shipping, good price did have an issue but was resolved quickly. The only reason for the 5 star rating is the quick response. The part came in less than 2 weeks to arrive and fixed the bike. And the controller did look like it was sealed better than the original. Bike has ran fine since.

It's a very sturdy ebike. But it doesn't get the mileage they say in description per charge PAS 1 constant pedaling 26 miles max. I thought it was a bad battery but after contacting them for another battery they basically told me No, that's all these ebikes really get per charge not the advertised mileage. So buyer beware this isn't a long range bike as advertised.

Bike is really good for the price there manufacturing sucks. Their customer service sucks. Takes them days to respond back. I had an issue with the bike. It was damaged took them days to reply back I end up contacting Walmart customer service They were able to correct my issue I will continue to buy from Walmart But not sure about the manufacturer

the bike just died for no reason after 7 weeks of use. Not even daily use. Just a few times a week and for only 2-4 miles each time. the seller wouldn't offer a refund. Walmart says it's a third party seller so they can't authorize I refund. the seller offered to give me a new motor. I agreed. Never heard anything back from them or Walmart after going back and fourth 5-6 times with the seller and Walmart. Not worth it. This isn't a budget bike. It's a piece of crap bike. From a piece of crap company. Fallout by a piece of crap policy from Walmart that will leave you in loops. my advice? Go to Amazon for electric bikes. never had an issue through them. Will never buy this again or through Walmart ever again. horrible all in all experience. Out of money and waste of time.

I've had several problems with this e-bike right away the tire was flat. I reached out to the seller because I purchased a protection plan and they did send me a new inner tube which took almost two weeks to arrive. I've only put about 20 miles on it and now the electrical wires seem to have a short. I've reached out and they will not respond now even though I purchased a protection plan. What a complete scam!
