U.S. Art Supply Gel Medium Matte Acrylic Medium, 200ml Tube

Good stuff. I use basic acrylics that aren't that expensive, but I also like to use the impasto technique in most of my paintings so I just mix this stuff into the paint and it becomes nice and thick and dries without cracking. One tube has lasted me through several paintings so far and I still have about half a tube left.

As a beginner model painter I needed a thinning medium that was inexpensive to experiment with. This product did the trick. There is a lot of it so I'm not worried about running out any time soon. I have a tiny amount of liquid medium that came with a kit so that is all I can compare it to. This is a gel so a little different. A touch of water can help to thin it out. Works for my purposes.

I liked this product because I'm a beginning artist and this product makes my paint easier to work with. My paint last longer and it helps my paint to blend better. It has been a game changer for making my paintings look more realistic. The blending I was having trouble accomplishing is now a non issue. Great value compared to other brands because it is not only cheaper but you get more for the price.

I usually buy golden products since I am a professional mostly everything is usually a lot more expensive. I had purchased previously artkey canvases. And was very satisfied with their product. I love it because it's cotton and not polyester canvases. I didn't have to prime. I I just decided to try the acrylic medium and now since I have ordered their paint. Very buttery luscious and I say that because it looks yummy. Anyway the product is holding up very good. It's not watery. It goes on smooth adheres to the canvas without any problem and the color is very saturated. I will be using this product more and suggest other professional s try. The only thing about the gel acrylic is that you have to use it very swiftly. That is true with all acrylics. I love it because I paint a lot, and these are in my budget and I will certainly be using the gel medium to create effects on of my images. paints have not arrived yet. I am waiting anxiously to see if they're what I'm looking for in acrylic Thank you for the fast efficient ship

it is not my favorite medium. it is clear and easy to blend with acrylics, but i didnt see that it did anything.
