Shipped well, great quality, and a teaspoon of it is best chased with a tablespoon of c8 oil. I only wish it was as easy to pour as the 32 oz Bulletproof Brain Octane with built-in spout; the oil always drips down the sides.

Blackseed oil is good for everything. Organic cold pressed and non-gmo. Tastes terrible but small price to pay for its benefits. Note: also good for insect bites.

I recommend a teaspoon of Manuka honey be taken after taking the black seed oil.

I'm using “black seed “ oils in different types. First in capsule form. Sadly the not available anymore. Then ground seeds. Followed by using ground seeds and oil together. I ordered this oil for its minimum of 2% Thymoquinone content. It had the best price I could find in comparison. I don't know if it works better than others. I'm still alive and functioning, but allergies have come back after years not having a problem with. I will add ground seeds again.

This item works very well. I've ordered this twice before and this is my third time. I keep getting it because it works well on me for my inflammation. This one was the third order for this item, but unfortunately it came broken. The FedEx delivery guy threw the bag down and I saw it on the camera and by the time I got it,there was oil everywhere which is the reason why I cannot return this item and I lost $35.91 the price of the organic Blackseed oil at the time because it was on sale. This was the 16 ounce bottle. I just hope that they can pack it better next time. The product itself is spot on.
