This has a strong odor and flavor so a little goes a long way. I put it in my orange juice that I have for breakfast. I imagine it is working in my body but it is difficult to tell. I use oregano spice on scrambled eggs and in my olive oil. It is noted to help with inflammation.

It taste bad, but you get use to. you feel it working since the fist time.

I like this product as I use it in combination with coconut oil. It is a good remedy for dogs that play outside, then start itching. I also sent a sample home with a friend of mine that had been working outside in her yard and got into some weed that caused her to itch. She said after applying the sample to the itch, it took the itch away.

I have heard this is a great oil for sickness. I use a few drops in 2 ounces of water. If you take it straight it will burn but not with the water. Great for keeping bacteria down in your mouth and also as a preventative illness.
