Hi everyone, Spicy V8 is A very unique and robust beverage. Honestly, V8 has been around my family since I was a little girl and now I try to lead by example with my kids. That is healthy and good and better than a pop for sure. It's nice to have a little 5.5 can after you've been outside working in the garden or mowing the lawn or just walking the dog and playing with the kids. It's refreshing and it's very good for you. I know that there's 16 g of lisopene in each 5.5 can of spicy V8. That's more than five huge tomat,oes and that's really good for your body. Not to mention all of the ingredients in it. Tomatoes,carrots, celery, lettuce, watercress, beets lettuce, parsley and spinach! Now you know guys that's healthy for you! I also put it in my spaghetti sauce and my chili when I cook my kids don't know. Don't tell them!! I gave this five stars because I love it. It's been part of my life for a long time and I think it should be a part of yours too. I highly recommend it!

I've been with this for a while now because I have a low salt intake. This drink is perfect. It has a lot of salt but it taste so good. The nutrition value is good also because it has vegetables and I love the packaging because they are small travel size cans. I actually fit them in my purse.

I have been drinking a can of these every single day! I feel like it's helping me get my veggies in because I just know I'm not eating nearly enough as I should be… The flavor of this is amazing, if you love a Bloody Mary drink you will love one of these! Be aware, these are the smaller cans, and if you're not used to tasting this product with less sodium, you may need time to get used to it. They're about right for placing in the lunchbox. This is a great pick-me-up to keep in the fridge to stop yourself reaching for a soda if you're trying to cut down. You can feel good about drinking this instead.

The regular stuff has too much of a peppery, celery taste. This is perfect! And the potassium is excellent for those of us on lasix or other diuretics. Actually somewhat filling. Gives your body what it needs...especially for athletes or seniors. Check the ingredients, there's not a bunch of junk and fillers you can't pronounce.

I purchased these for my husband who is trying to get in more veggies and loose weight. I tried one too even though I'm not a big fan of V8. If you are going to get it, get this one with the low sodium. It's better tasting and better for you without all the salt.
