I’m not sure if it was just me, but I did struggle with the filter and how to put it on assembling the vacuum went a whole lot better. It does pick up cat hair and dog hair from the carpet but does not do so well on the tile this may be due to again the filter which I was enable to put on correctly and still have not managed to put it on myself
A good low cost bagless vacuum. Suction is not as strong as cordled vacuums. Can take 4 hours to charge but should get close to an hour at low speed. Like other bagless vacuums cleaning the dustcup and filter can be a chore. Pay attention to replace the cyclone from the top of the dustcup. If you can't go outside to empty use a clear plastic bag. The plastic dust cup can be easily broken at the hinge when open so avoid shaking. You won't be able to get spare batteries or replacement parts, just complete vacuums while available. The air exhausts to the right side over the handle. A good low cost vacuum if you can accept the limitations. Rated in the B tier of vacuums on scale of ABCDEF
Battery shows 100% charge, but shuts off after 5-10 seconds. No customer support phone %23, just online chat with chatbot. Must subscribe to "Just Answer" ($5.00 then $38/ month unless canceled)to talk to a tech to diagnose problem. So much for the 2 year warranty. Very frustrating. Vacuum worked ok while it lasted, but could not recommend based on my experience trying to get help with a defective item.
I was hoping with all the good reviews I would have finally found a great handheld vac. I have charged it and the lights come on but then go off. I have left charging for days and go to use it and it only stayed on for a minute and won’t turn back on when the lights actually came on to charge they were all there. I have to return cause I need something that at least stays in and picks up.
I gave it one star because I haven't had it not even I don't think long and the tip of it broke off already. I'm calling Walmart tomorrow to tell them I made a refund so I don't know what else to tell you other than the power is not all that great the suction power and it's very hard to pull it off. It's holding peace and then when you do the other two pieces that are supposed to be locked in that you can use it. It's their accessories. They fall out so it's just annoying and I'm so very unhappy with it but it's already broke so like I said I'm getting in touch tomorrow with Walmart.
Battery won't stay charged and when it is charged, you have work the on-off switch a few times to get it to work.
I bought this vacuum in mid-summer - I would say that it has had very "light use" in my home. It has already quit working. Battery charges to 100% and when you turn it on, it immediately quits running. So disappointing that you can't order things and count on them to hold up.
I bought this 4 months ago and stopped working today. It shows 109 % charge and you turn it on and count to 3 and it stops and shows 5% charge. I have checked out completely and no clogs nothing seems wrong. Waste of money . For 4 months I should get a replacement, that lasts it my money back
Purchased April 2025.. works decently for the price. I use it about 1-2 times a week but have noticed over the last month the battery won’t last as long. Now it will only turn on a few seconds at a time before it reaches 0%. I’ve tried letting it sit dead for a full before charging it again to see if it helps and nothing is working :/
I have had it less than 90 days and the battery no longer holds a charge. Says it's at 100% and then dies after 1 minute of use, and you can't seem to buy a replacement battery. It's lightweight which is nice, but suction isn't that great. I'm so disappointed, I really wanted to like this. Spend a little more and get yourself a good one!
