BLACK+DECKER Programmable 12-Cup Drip Coffee Maker

Woke up to non working coffee pot! To a coffee drinker THAT is misery so hopped online, ordered, and requested delivery. From order to delivery maybe a total of 20 minutes! Helps that walmart is only a couple of miles from my house BUT it sure saved my day!!! Coffee pot works well and didn’t break the bank!

Very pleased with my purchase and the money was well spent! Packaged to protect. Delivery driver was pleasant, followed directions and was right on time. The coffee pot and parts had no smell and looks very nice...all shiny and new! Prep was super easy and quick. Clock set posed no issues. Standard 8-12 cup filters that I already had on hand fit perfectly. Easy to pour carafe with precise measurements. I brewed a strong 12 cup carafe and am enjoying a cup at this moment! Will try the programming for in the morning, but I see no problems at all.

Broke my carafe so had to rush and buy a new coffee maker that would be delivered asap. This 1 is a great hurry choice. Actually better than the 1 I broke. Highly recommend

Nobody at Black%26Decker will/can explain how the "Strong" button works, only that we are to push it for a stronger brew. For me a long-time Black%26Decker owner who likes weak coffee, this button bothers me as I don't know if by accidentally pushing it do I spoil my whole carafe? If I push it again will it cancel a "Strong" brew and save the day? Apparently the only way to find out is to set it up, test it, and if it doesn't immediately cancel "Strong", return it to Walmart within 90 days. It's a shame Black%26Decker do not explain this new button fully in advance. I made my purchase based on years using their old DCM2160B model but may have to return this newer model to prevent "Strong" brew accidents. We'll see.

program feature stopped working. the main reason I bought this was to program it to brew %26 be ready when I got up. not happy. im a disabled senior %26 Walmart expects me to get it back to a store. the main reason I had it %26 groceries delivered is because I cant get to stores. difficult working with Walmart, may close my account

I ordered a coffee maker with a cone shaped filter to match all the other ones I have at my furnished rentals so I only have to buy 1 kind of coffee filter. They didn't have the right one in stock? The person substituting didn't look to see the specs match? Then it was too late bc when staff were unboxing and putting things away they didn't realize it was wrong and should have been returned now it's too late.

So sick and tired of Walmart doing this crap. I ordered a Mainstay coffee maker, they were out, didn't even tell me and instead gave me a coffee maker that cost twice as much as the one I ordered. STOP doing this, people have to stay on budget these days. :-(

Must have been a production error but coffee had a bad taste. After 2 phone calls to Walmart customer service I got a refund and told me that I didn’t have to return coffee maker to store. I will be placed in the trash, I can drink the coffee it makes.

Never makes a pot of coffee That don’t have grinds in it I changed filters three different times was going to send it back for a refund. I don’t know what happened to the box it came in so I’m stuck with it and November 21 was 90 days so my last year your game

WALMART DELIVERED THE COFFEE MAKER JUST YESTERDAY 1/27/26. MADE THE FIRST POT THIS MOURNING AND WENT TO GET A CUP AND THE SNEAK A CUP UNIT THAT IS ATTACHED TO THE BASKET JUST FELL OFF. AFTER LOOKING AT IT , A SMALL RUBBER ORING THAT IS SUPPOSED TO KEEP IT ON THE BASKET WAS LEFT OFF. THE MANUAL SAYS NOT TO RETURN IT TO STORE AND CONTACT CUSTOMER SUPPORT NUMBER IN THE MANUAL. I DID AND THEY SAID THAT I NEEDED TO RETURN IT TO WALMART. SO BLACK AND DECKER DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS. SO ALL I CAN SAY IS DO NOT BUY BLACK AND DECKER PRODUCTS.
