Amazing delivery and product.
The shipping estimate was for it to arrive in 3-4 days from New Jersey. It arrived the next day!!! It made in time for my daughter's birthday. I am very impressed with Walmart on this difficult to get item. She loved it and it is working perfectly. 5 stars on this one

I don't like that the condition of the left 1 button came a bit messed up. When I press it sometimes it doesn't register unless I click the base of the button rather than the sides. But, besides that; I am very satisfied. this system is what I dreamed of as a child. Great for me to use overall. From gaming to computer work. I just wish that button can get fixed

Pre-Owned
It's great, but one caveat. Its serial number was already used to redeem any steam rewards. 150$ cheaper at the time of purchase but any rewards was already claimed is fine imo, but a front forward warning would be nice.

not new as stated and was a lemon
Product looked new when it came and worked fine for 30 minutes. After it as shut down and it wouldnt turn back on unless plugged in and now wont charge. Went through steam support and the serial number is linked to a 256gb version and I bought a 512gb version. So parts were tampered with.

Don't buy from this seller
Literally stopped working only after a few days. This seller isn't valve btw so if you're going to buy a steam deck you're better off getting it through steam.
