The instructions for assembly were so easy to follow! I put it together by myself, I'm 60 year's old with recent car accident injuries. Putting the side arm rests on was a little difficult, maybe find a different attachment system? Otherwise, I absolutely love it!

firm but comfy. does take 48 hours for cushions to fully decompress. very comfy took his and and son about 2 hours to build. it is small as in shallow but length wise average couch length. as a sleeper it's full bed size. so far we've only had it just over a week.

I love the couch. I was surprised that it took so long to put it together. One review said a 60-year-old woman did it in an hour don't think so. My grandson and I put it together was not hard but very time-consuming.

The brackets are not working properly to connect the pieces and the armrest to the actual couch. One side was able to connect, but as it states it could go on either side, that is false they only leave one space for the bolt to connect the couches to the armrest therefore it can only go one way, which was very annoying because that was not what I was expecting when purchasing and after doing all this assembly, which took a lot longer than the instruction stated. I have become quite frustrated. Because I cannot get these brackets to fit together. The one side with the outlet connection, which was the first one I did slid in perfectly. But nothing else connects.

This came in at least 100 different pieces. A literal nightmare to assemble with the final side arm rest being defective and not fitting in the slot at all. It took about 6 hours to assemble in total. The cushion, if you can call it that, is very stiff. This is NOT a couch you want to fall into. You would likely break a hip. Although it was low cost, we can't even get the dogs to lay on it. Speaking of laying on it, we got it because it features a pull out “bed” feature. Nothing aligns vertically or horizontally when made into a bed. So you are essentially laying in uneven hard lumps with noticeable spacing.

Very deceiving description as it claims the couch is linen in the details of the description. It's stiff, scratchy type material. Feels like canvas you'd use for a boat or jet ski cover. Cushions are so hard %26 stiff, you can't just plop down without it actually hurting. Only plus is the fact it's a sleeper and has storage. Will need a topper when used as it is so uncomfortable. Don't purchase if you want something comfortable to sit on.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! This item is shipped in 2 boxes with 2 separate tracking numbers. Walmart and FedEx will only have one tracking number. You will only receive one box. Not even half a couch! You will have cushions and FedEx and Walmart will not be able to help you because they will not have the second tracking number. FedEx will give you some lame excuse that the Vendor only supplies them with one tracking number and forgets to supply the other. Uhm hello!!? That is not acceptable! The Vendor will not respond to your emails. Walmart will ask you to return what you have but since you will only have half of the item, you will not be refunded the entire purchase price. This item is more headache than what its worth. Definitely steer clear of this product!

There are two boxes of goods, but only one box was delivered to me, and the remaining box of accessories was not delivered to me. I contacted customer service twice, and the customer service said that I had to wait for 48 hours. The customer service also said that the manufacturer did not reply. What I want to say is that I received the money and delivered the goods, but I didn't send half of them. If there was a problem, I didn't reply.
