Good value for money. 2 packages arrived separately. The only issue was that the seller marked the item as delivered when only the 1st box was delivered. But communicated within the given 48 hour window and we got the 2nd box also within 2 days.

Very happy with it, looks good and is nice to have if you don't have room for visitors to stay the night. Pills out nicely. And it makes a small room look bigger

Couch is great for the price. It is small for my spare room, yet it can fit 3 people. It is sturdy and solid. My husband put it together in a couple hours.

Overall, I am pleased with my purchase and pics and descriptions are accurate. The item arrived as expected. Notes: 1. The item comes in 2 boxes. One arrived a day or two earlier than the next but I received two tracking numbers so I was aware they were arriving on different dates. The boxes were a bit beat up due to shipping from overseas but the actual items were not damaged. The main large square box weighs 100 lbs so I used hand trucks to bring it into the garage and unpackaged the items individually to make it easier to put them where they would be assembled. 2. Excellent packaging. I was super surprised at how well the item was packaged. For example, the pillows, cushions, etc. were vacuum sealed in a thick plastic but the manufacturer even went as far as putting these into another sealed thick plastic to protect them. I originally thought I was missing items but they had zipped them in the cushions to protect them further. 3. Assembly is a bit of a chore. Not that it is hard to understand and follow the directions but it simply takes a while to put all the parts together. I would make sure to set aside 2-3 hours which includes unpackaging everything. All items include a large sticker indicating what part they are and a lot even have the letter/number stamped into the metal or both. I went directly off the directions provided but there is an online video of the exact model being assembled from start to finish which may be handy but again, directions are clear. A couple of tips here. Make sure you have a large area to assemble this in because you actually build the large sections one at a time so you have to move the finished items out of your area. I would also recommend throwing the boxes, plastic, etc. away as you open them to keep down on the clutter which will be a lot.

My main dislike is the color. I ordered the darker gray but once it was assembled, it looks black. The color is way darker than the pictures. Also, the arm cushions are like flat pancakes, not big and fluffy like the pictures. Assembly wasn't terrible but my husband and I have put together a lot of future before so we are pretty experienced. We did get it two weeks earlier than expected which was nice.

Missing the actual padding for the 2 seater and the assembly was easy, until it got to the under bed. The pictures were confusing.the side latches doesn't attach at all

The pillows are about 6 inches taller than the physical hard backing of the couch. It is very uncomfortable to sit back and if I had known the back was so short I wouldn't have gotten it in the first place. Even at a discount this couch wasn't worth it. The cushions are thin, the extended pullout portion never stays in place, the cushions on the couch itself are always sliding out and have to be completely reset / readjusted multiple times a day, and the wooden planks that the main cushions rest on are incredibly brittle. I'm worried they'll snap within the year if I forget to "gently" sit down after a long exhausting day. I have to warn guests before they sit on it. I'm wrestling with the option of reselling it to recoup some funds so I can buy a couch of semi-decent quality because it feels wrong to condemn another person to this terrible piece of furniture unless it's for free. Don't do it. No matter how low the cost is on this piece of crap. Do not buy this couch.

I'm extremely disappointed with this sectional sofa bed. The storage area broke almost immediately and barely held anything to begin with. Assembly took nearly 6 hours, which is ridiculous for something that should've been simple. The pillows have cheap zippers that were poorly sewn and started coming apart right away. The pull-out bed is also a nightmare — it doesn't slide out smoothly, and it definitely doesn't look or lay flat like the pictures advertised. Overall, this was a huge letdown. Do not buy — it's made poorly and absolutely not worth the price.

Very unsatisfied! I received my couch incomplete. It's missing the feet, screws, tools, and there were no directions included. I can't even assemble it. This is extremely frustrating please resolve this immediately.

After putting together the main pieces, the couch and chaise do not want to fit together. One of the arms will not attach. The cushions never fluffed up well. The throw pillows are flat. It's uncomfortable. I'm disappointed.
