FedEx stated: RTO, undeliverable,
cancelled delivery. Somehow severely broken, torn, damaged pieces broke thru.
Helpers had to lift on blanket,then pull it inside. Box not opened by me- arrived essentially already opened. Vendor used very thin, cheap packing. It is as thin as a business card. Explains why it arrived with large holes broken through from the inside. All sides were torn and barely held together by clear tape. I suspect pieces likely are
missing from the deplorable condition it was left open, seams of flimsy cardboard is held together by clear tape. Recliner was customer assembly. I'm elderly, electric wheelchair. I don't know how whoever will be able to transport to their truck, let alone return to sender.
Please advise how you will handle this. Common sense dictates that someone should just clip.Open the tape and piece by piece take to the dumpster.
