Fabric is so soft, easy assembly, just needed to put the wheels on and slide the arms into place, it does have a low back but for our needs it is fine. My son said very comfortable. The pull out base works perfectly light and easy to use.

The only thing that's bad but it's with every pullout bed is the bar. I had to buy a foam mattress to put on the bed. I can still feel the bar a little once in awhile but with the extra protection it's good.

Weight limit says 250 per side but it may be a bit higher. Feels soft to the touch and as other reviewers have said, may need a mattress pad to last all night laying on it. My only other complaint is the cup holders are a bit small but there's really no way to make them any bigger unless the company makes the arms wider. Assembly was a sinch except the arms but if you angle it just right, they'll both sit right into place. The charging on the side is run by a usb cord so make sure you have a very powerful wall charger or your phone won't charge or charges slowly. Other than that, it's exactly as described

It's uncomfortable in the middle of when let out. It's practically on the floor. I thought it would be lifted a little higher. This is not made for grownups.

very heavy. USB left permanent imprints on the sofa. it's hard not cushionie. easly leaves scrath marks that don't disappear. plus side is it's cute and super soft.

Super cute as far as design . But not comfortable at all honestly . One of those stylish uncomfortable pieces . They forgot to pre drill the holes for the 2 wheels you have to add so what should have been a 123 assemble was extremely hard . I have to go get a drill smh . Couple of fabric flaws but they're in hidden spots so hey . Armrest are shallow in the middle idk if it's for your elbow to sit better or a flaw but it sounds like if you lean too hard in those spots it'll break . Bed option is uncomfortable unless you like a firm mattress . I'd recommend getting a foam topper .

i live the way it looks and functions, but overall its way too small. so if youre tall like me, dont get it. good for kids though. the cupholders are too small theyre.for cans really, not cups. the cell phone holder is a plus. Also the delivery box it came in was damaged. i just didnt want to go through the return shipping repackagjng deal.

it needs more padding. it looks more padded in the picture when you sit on it, you can feel the wood underneath the cushion doesn't make out into a bed smoothly. feels cheap

came without holes drilled for the wheels where they are supposed to go. barely any padding. The leg part does not lay flush making it extremely uncomfortable to lay on when used as a futon. just generally very poorly made with cheap materials for the price. I would suggest a different product.

Not comfortable at all, super small. Would be best as a dog bed or a little couch for a child. But your kid would probably hate it, just move on to literally any other product. Was super disappointed 😞
