got this on sale for a deep discount and it was worth way more than my mom paid for it. it is her pillow. it comes completely without oxygen or air, rolled up. it took a few hours to inflate, but she is very pleased. it looks like a very much cheaper cervical pillow if mine that I really like. and for it's original price point, I'm sure this one will pay a good while. I would think this will continue to be a great pillow

I have had multiple surgeries on my neck and this pillow has offered me better sleep because i am not waking up to adjust a pillow and offers me great support. i would buy this again if i needed to

Budget friend, but definitely not the size of the more expensive ones, which I totally understand. It does work.

pillow is not what's advertised, it's very small and has no grooves for your arm or indications which side is which. It looks like a fancy pillow but definitely not work $20. I bought it thinking I could finally rest comfortably after having acdf surgery, and this pillow was worse than the one I was using before which was just a standard queen pillow.

I don't understand why this only has good reviews. It would be an awesome pillow if it weren't for how long the section is for the neck leading up to the depressed point for your ear/head. Completely defeats the purpose, like how long do they think people's necks are?? If it had been the right size or offered in smaller sizes, I would've probably given the pillow 5 stars.

this pillow was too tall, too hard, and neither side was comfortable, at all! Should have returned it, but too late. Not worth the price

there was no directions that came with the pillow. Like how to clean the pillow or which way your suppose to have it on your bed, or if you can use other pillows with it !!! Nothing so that has caused me to be dissatisfied with this product!!!
