Veradek Block Series Cube Medium 22" Plastic Planter - Black

no way I'm putting this planter box outside, this thing will have to last me a lifetime because I am definitely keeping it

I didn't figure well on how large this planter was, but it will work well on my deck. The containment area is up a bit from the bottom of the planter box. I'd say by a few inches. The one thing i wish it had was some small holes for drainage. Warm weather has just started in MN. I am curious as the summer goes on, how plants will do in it with no drainage.

This is such an awesome, versatile, and modern planter. I got this in black, but if other earth toned colors become available I'll be ordering more. It's lightweight but doesn't look easy to maneuver, and looks stunning. Super happy with this planter.

Really nice plant base, I have to say it's much bigger that what I expected and for this reason I have not been able to plant what I had. The base is super sturdy and well done, the weight is pretty decent for the size. I love that is all weather resistant as I live in the Pacific Northwest. Other things I like it's that it's fade resistant so no issue leaving out under the sun. I think I'm going to start a fruit tree on it. I like the color, and the base is a mix of modern and simple that goes perfect with my house.

I absolutely love this planter, it looks so rich and much better than the plastic ones. It looks great on my front porch. It's well made and i love the block look of it. Heavy duty construction and has a very nice sheen look to it. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

I sat some small potted plants outside on my patio, including my beloved succulents, when unfortunately deer or some other backyard animals ate every single plant! I've been reluctant to sit another plant out there until I saw this planter by Veradek. Even though the size says small this planter is huge! It appears to even be large enough for a small root tree. Good looking too with a well seen logo plate. As large as it is, it is unbelievably lightweight with a slightly textured finish. The inside is higher than the bottom and you'll have to drill out drain holes. You can tell by the feel of the planter that it is long lasting and durable. Although it says fade resistant, I do plan to keep it out of our brutal evening sun. It is also scratch resistant, crack proof, and all weather. I want colorful flowers that pop against the black so I've planted pink azaleas. Just a fantastic planter and would make an excellent gift for gardeners.

This is a Veradek Block Series Cube Planter. I have the block series in black and I love it! It is super modern, minimal but bold! It is for outdoor use but I am using it inside my house near my many windows. It has such a great look. I measured it myself and it is approximately 17 inches square but it has a base that is about an inch high. So total would be approximately 18 inches high. On the inside of the planter it is approximately 11.5 inches deep. It is HUGE to me. This planter has many features. It is fade resistant, scratch resistant, crack proof, weather resistant and includes a 5 year warranty. On the very bottom of the base there is a drainage hole. I attempted to get a photo of it in hopes that you could see it clearly. The craftsmanship is beautiful and smooth. The corners of the planter are not sharp. I worried because of my 3 year old granddaughter but I am very comfortable with it now. I want more of these! They make them in different sizes and shapes and I can not wait to get more for my patio.

I really wanted something that would like more like a permanent fixture on my front porch for a planter. This Veradek cube sure looks the part. I'm not sure how well it's going to hold up, though. The double wall construction is really just a hollowed-out with thin walls. It feels like if it gets too hot that it will either warp or even melt. Also, as tall as it is, it is deceiving on how much it can actually hold. The interior is very shallow for a planter. It's more like it's built to look large but not hold anything substantial. There are also no drain holes. There's a nipple-like circle in the bottom inside, but it's not a pop-out or perforated at all. And if I do decide to drill a hole, then it will just drain into the bottom empty part of the planter unless I drill another hole for that to pass through. Very odd design. So I will have to keep an eye on the water I put in. Overall, I do like the look of it. I just hope it holds up to UV rays and heat.

Very nice, this is big and great for entry way planter i havent had time to plant anything yet but this will hold so much even shrub. It is thick and sturdy like the plastic coffee pots are made of . Inly drawback is it says it has drainage bit there seems to be a plug glued into center and no instructions on how to remove.

Very well made. Has a very modern look. Not to heavy but stable enough that wind will not turn it over. I could easily carry this and move it myself. This could also be used inside if you had a fake plant or real that you wanted to set inside. I would not plant anything directly in this since there is no drainage. I am just using a planted fern in mine. I just set a small pot upside down in the inside to set my fern on it to elevate it. A lot of people are using faux plants outside now and you could also do that with this planter. The only downside to these planters is they show dirt. I have only had mine outside a few days and it has water marks and dirt on it. It can be wiped off with a cloth and will look brand new with no effort. You could have multiple and line a driveway or a patio. With the square shape these are very versatile with different styles. You could transform any patio or backyard with these planters.
