VERBATIM CD-R 50pk 700MB/52X SPIN-SLVR

This is what was advertised (and it is what I wanted, almost). As a novice to printable CD's, I did not take a deep look at the specs. It is a printable (can print a CD label directly to the surface). The background surface is silver (as advertised). The only thing left unsaid is that the printable surface does not extend from the edge of the CD to the center hole. I rate this product as excellent but the specs as Fair.

the cd's worked perfect but i might add i experimented with the first one i burned doing it at max speed...i was burning 8 albums .....the result was it burned 7....then i got an error message ......the result was it played 7 out of 8.... when you burn audio....use the slowest speed possible the other disk was perfect....

Not alot! Some of the new Cd's got error messages that they were NOT empty. So far of the fifty, three have sent that message. I've written about half of them. The ones that did write are of excellent quality.

Fair price for an item that's getting increasingly hard to find. Usual excellent Verbatim quality. No defective discs found yet.

Didn't work for what I purchased them for. They couldn't be read on an older CD player. Apparently this CD player will read Sony CD-Rs, not these. So buyer beware if you are purchasing them for an older CD player! Might not work.
